Beergroni

Ingredients

In a beer glass, combine....

• ½ shot Campari with ½ shot gin

• 1 tablespoon sweet vermouth

• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice

• 2 or 3 ice cubes

Shake well to combine and then strain into a glass. Top the glass with 1 cup Peroni beer (or other lager) and serve immediately, garnished with a twist of orange zest.
