In a highball glass, crush....

- 7 Mint Leaves

- 1 Dash of Cane Syrup

- 2 Small Spoons of Brown Cane Sugar

- 2 Limes Segments Squeezed

Next fill with crushed ice. Then add....

- 60 ml of Spiced Rum (a standard shot is 50ml)

- A Dash of Angostura Bitters (Optional)

- Top Off with Pimento
